Rotomoulding
Rotational moulding facilitates the production of hollow, seamless and relatively stress-free products in a wide range of polymers.
In the moulding process using biaxial rotation, a hollow tool containing a measured amount of fine particle polymer is heated. As the tool heats up and rotates, the polymer adheres to the surface of the tool. Once all the polymer sticks to the mould, the tool is cooled allowing the polymer to solidify. The seamless moulded part is then removed from the tool.
The rotomoulding process can achieve very complex geometry and fine detail, such as in tread forms, as well as the incorporation of pre-machined metal inserts. Products of various sizes can be moulded: from small parts weighing around 50 g to very large ones of more than 1 tonne.

CNC moulds

Cast moulds

Light moulds
- An innovative CNC mould concept focused on increasing the exposure of the mould to heating and cooling, by introducing a minimized framing structure ·
